The swimming pools at Windsong Ranch are conveniently located at “The Commons.” The Commons, set on a scenic hilltop overlooking the waters of a 2-acre lake, is surrounded by spectacular views and filled with amenities and attractions that are a vital part of the Windsong Ranch experience. Aqueous Engineering helped the Windsong Ranch community develop a resort-style pool with cabanas, an exercise pool with lap swimming lanes, and a children’s splash park. Adjacent to the swimming pool area are covered outdoor living rooms and a multi-purpose event lawn all accessible to the residents of this beautifully developed residential community.

Eco-uatic Note: An Ultra-Violet (UV) sanitizer system is utilized as part of the filtration system for the pool. The superior sanitation provided by the UV system is reason alone to employ this technology on the project. However, by disinfecting the pool using UV light, Aqueous Engineering is able to save the owner thousands of dollars in chemical costs each year. As an added bonus, using the UV technology virtually eliminates the use of harsh chemicals in the pool which can adversely affect patrons.
