2929 Weslayan is a LEED Gold certified property built west of downtown Houston near the intersection of Loop 610 and Interstate 69. The building is a one-of-a-kind residential tower offering luxury amenities to its residents. One such amenity is the 30,000 sq. ft. outdoor living space located on the 8th floor amenity deck. This outdoor space offers shaded cabanas and seating areas, outdoor cooking areas, televisions and media entertainment centers, and a state-of-the-art pool that was designed by Studio Outside (landscape architect) and Bryan Ziegler (president/founder of Aqueous Engineering).

The pool has been designed with both luxury and leisure in mind. The pool includes a leisure swim area, a variety of tanning ledges, and a “plunge” pool with in-pool seating. The leisure pool and plunge pool are artfully connected by a shallow water tanning ledge that is integrated with other tanning areas of the pool.

One of the most unique features of the pool is an interactive water curtain features that gracefully spills delicate streams of water into the center of the plunge pool creating unique visual and audible experiences for the pool patrons.
